The financial needs of LifePoint Academy vary with enrollment and unanticipated risk and opportunities. Additionally, capital projects require debt service payments that can stretch years, even decades into the future. Endowment funds such as Advent Scholars Foundation are employed by many educational institutions to help accommodate such fluctuations and long-term commitments.

Each year Advent Scholars Foundation grants a percentage of its fund value to LifePoint Academy. Advent Scholars Foundation will receive additional donations each year, a portion of which is retained and invested to increase the size of the endowment fund. In this manner, Advent Scholars Foundation will be able to increase its support to LifePoint Academy into the future.
